Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns for higher conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign data to improve strategies and maximize results.
  • Collaborate on compelling content and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotional and campaign alignment across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and popular content to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing or communication related courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or doing social media ads or PPC conversion or campaign.
  • Proficient in conveying information clearly using Mandarin & English, both writing & speaking.
  • Basic skills in using Canva to design collaterals.
  • Skilled in developing ideas and solutions on their own.
  • Proactive in strategy & execution to move forward.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
