Saladplate Content & Insights Hub for the Hospitality, Food & Beverage Portfolio
Saladplate is an online content and insights hub for the Hospitality, Food & Beverage portfolio by Informa Markets. One of the largest portfolios within Informa Markets with over 35 large-scale global events, the platform (Saladplate) reaches over 600,000 industry professionals through a combination of content-driven products including independent news, a bi-monthly e-magazine, e-newsletters, in-person business breakfast events for c-level executives, a consolidated supplier directory, whitepapers, and special Focus On country reports.
We seek a data-driven, technology-oriented yet creative Digital Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including preparing and delivering a digital marketing plan with the objective of driving relevant organic traffic to the platform and focusing on conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online content platforms and the trade fairs industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
You will play an important role to:
Data Analysis and Reporting: A core aspect of this role is tracking campaign performance through analytics tools. To use this data to identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns for better results, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Customer journey management: overseeing the customer journey from start to finish. Work with a variety of teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and meets the needs of the customer.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans: This includes working with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the platforms overall business goals. The marketing plan should include a mix of marketing activities, such as content marketing, social media marketing and email marketing.
Manage marketing tool kits (e-signatures, social media posts, WhatsApp invitations, explainer videos, etc.): This includes creating and managing the company's marketing toolkit, which includes a variety of marketing materials, such as e-signatures, social media posts, WhatsApp invitations, and explainer videos. The marketing team should ensure that the marketing toolkit is up-to-date and that it is aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Support with marketing channels (Planners, Eloqua, MML, SMS, WhatsApp, Website, etc.): This includes supporting the company's marketing channels, such as its planner, marketing materials library, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and website. The marketing team should ensure that the company's marketing channels are effective and that they are reaching the company's target audience.
