We are an F&B company primarily engaged in restaurant operations. We are currently seeking a
full-time Digital Marketing Executive to manage marketing efforts across platforms such as
Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), Facebook, and Instagram, as well as oversee overall restaurant marketing strategies.
Create and publish engaging content on Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, plan social media content, and schedule regular posts.
Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis.- Analyze and monitor marketing data across platforms, providing actionable reports and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute store marketing activities, such as opening events, holiday promotions, and customer loyalty programs, to boost brand image and sales performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, SEO and more, to drive both online and offline traffic.
Oversee the marketing budget and ensure timely completion of projects.- Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and Instagram, and other social media platforms, including content creation, user engagement, and advertising campaigns.
- Marketing Skills: Knowledge and experience in both online and offline marketing strategies, capable of planning and executing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer traffic.
Social Media Advertising: Ability to design and implement advertising strategies tailored to different platforms, optimizing ad performance.- Strong communication skills in both English and
Chinese
, particularly in written and visual expression on social media platforms. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Prior marketing experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
Content creation and photography experience is an advantage.- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a diploma/degree in digital marketing or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
