Manage all social media channels & campaign, and create content for scheduling social media posts.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager & coordinate with sales team, graphic designers to increase brand awareness.
Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Manage account and prepare budgets for proposed communication plans.
To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data.
Assist in replying enquiries on facebook, update all information regularly.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge on FB Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, WeChat etc.
Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
