Job Responsibility

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
Coordinate and manage marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
Maintain and update the company's marketing materials and collateral.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related course.
Proven 3 years experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
