- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin Chinese
- Manage, plan & execute of all social media contents across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc
Plan and execute to support the marketing team in terms of digital marketing route map, including SEO, email marketing & social media- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and marketplaces as well as product listing, inventory management & order fulfilments
Manage daily customer inquiries from lead generation ads, social media, e-commerce marketplaces and ensure customers satisfaction
- Prior experience in running online media buying such as Facebook Ads & Google Ads SEM and etc
Monitor, analyse, optimize and report performance of content and campaign insights- Take care of our companys websites in terms of appearance and performance
Analyze website traffic and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience and increasing sales conversion rates
- Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to marketing strategies and collaterals
