Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Manage all social platforms including XHS, Tik Tok, FB, Insta, Shopee, Google ad, etc; and content creations for all these platforms.
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, tracking performance, and providing insights for campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Helping with the organization and coordination of marketing and promotional events.
  • Handling the related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or other marketing tools.
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Knowledge in basic photo/video shooting.
  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.
  • Possess own transport.
