Analyse, prepare and execute Marketing Strategy for Dating Platform to achieve effective Brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
Consistently research, identify, contact and stay in touch with all types of (new/old) Social Media Influencers to generate weekly/monthly social media contents for brand and product awareness.
Consistently observe and research social media trends, competitors or related brands on how their ads and/or social media contents could be well executed with high engagement.
Research social media contents for our brand, through our brands social media pages, other influencers social media, or any applicable media/platform.
Assist and take part in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Manager to generate a complete digital marketing strategy plan.
Assist in implementing content-seeding strategies across various digital platforms such as social media, search engine, digital media website, etc.
Distribute and promote content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) across social media networks to reach target audiences.
Monitor and engage with online communities to foster brand awareness and positive brand image.
Support the Customer Service department by handling social feedback/messages received from social media to have better understanding of the brands audiences, and eventually use the data for marketing analysis.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Possess of least Diploma / Bachelors degree, preferable in Marketing/Media/Broadcasting field.
Preferable with At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Creation field.
Can speak in Mandarin.
Experience in Dating or Social related field is an additional advantage.
Excellence in Communications skills in terms of ability to ensure the smoothness of internal team communications and also establishing connection with the audiences/collaborating influencers (KOL/KOC) .
Able to multitask and work under pressure to achieve strong attention in detail.
Have a good attitude and passion in terms of learning and achieving great marketing results.
Professional and Open minded personality in terms of job objective oriented and open to receive opinions.
Willing to take up challenges in reacting to a fast pace working environment due to sudden change of marketing trend/results.
