Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive digital strategy in social media marketing, SEO & SEM projects
Conduct digital project content planning and task allocation- Monitor & evaluate implemented digital strategy and important metrics
Consistently explore & identify new opportunities & latest trends in digital marketing
- Optimize different digital project marketing performance when necessary (Engagement rate, conversion rate, followers growth & etc.)
Interact with internal and external stakeholders (client from different industries) to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital plan- Provide insightful information & plan for digital marketing projects to stakeholders
Liaise closely with Business Development team on digital marketing project progress
- Extensive knowledge in detailed audience targeting on digital ads
Responsible for digital team management & performance growth
Must be outgoing, proactive and work well under pressure- Compulsory to be innovative & hunger for continuous growth
Prefer talent who are willing to showcase in in-house branding video content
- Talent with good sense of humour are preferred
Min. 3 years in digital marketing content & operation experience- Agency experience preferred
Digital strategy planning and reporting experience required
- Decent planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent prioritization skills-able to work on multiple projects- Experience in people management skill & good team player
