Medical Innovation Ventures, a leading molecular diagnostics provider in Malaysia is looking for Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing our mission to deliver fast, reliable, and innovative diagnostic solutions by driving awareness and adoption of our products through strategic online engagement and digital content creation.
Working Location:
- Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, strategize and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns of Mediven group of companies, with focus on social media and e-commerce.
- Create flyers/brochure and editing video.
- Utilize social media marketing tools to develop content and maintain the company's brand through weekly updates across all company social media accounts.
- Interacting with customers via the company's social media accounts. Including follow up online conversations, assisting customer and provide advice to customers and timely processing of new orders to ensure same day stock dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked.
- Track the quality of social media content and metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and engagement to ensure profitability and return on investment.
- Maintain marketing efforts through SMS blast, e-mail blast, mobile apps, online community involvement to develop relationships with potential and existing customer.
- Employ digital analytic tools to provide monthly reports by effectiveness/outcome of social media activities, analysis of market trend.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts. Regular review and improvement of marketing programs and evaluate the viability of new initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of marketing program and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized trade marketing activities.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, managed, and aligned with the company's branding standards.
- Responsible to think creatively and develop social media activities contents and any relevant ad hoc projects.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Proficiency in graphic design, photoshop and video editing is required.
- At least 1 years related working experience in digital marketing or e-commerce sales and marketing.
- Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook/Linkedin/Instagram/Twitter/Tiktok and other popular social media) is necessary.
- Able to multitask, planning, organising and demonstrate analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently with all levels of management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Possess own transport and willing to work at off-site event when necessary.
