Responsibilities
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to promote our properties and services.
Manage and optimize our company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-friendly.- Create engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.) to attract and retain followers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with our sales and creative teams to produce marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Requirements:- Full time position or intern with a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)- Knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
