JOB SUMMARY:Focus on content creation by executing digital campaigns across email marketing, app push, and paid media advertising that align with digital marketing objectives and delivering high-quality content that resonate with target audiences.
Gain a deep understanding of the target audience by analysing behaviors, preferences, and trends to effectively engage with them. This includes identifying the best timing, tone, and manner for digital campaigns to maximise engagement, reach, and conversions.
Take end-to-end ownership of digital campaigns across email marketing, app push, and paid media advertising that align with digital marketing objectives.
- Oversee, plan, and manage digital such as Google Ads Manager, Social Media Ads Manager, and TikTok Live Ads.
Ensure campaigns are set up according to best practices to maximise performance, including campaign optimisations, budget pacing, and performance forecasting.- Ability to interpret performance data into insights, and identify actionable opportunities or recommendations based on insights to optimise through A/B testing and bid management. Leverage on insights to better segment, target, and reach potential audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop action plans to streamline operations using industry tools to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, digital tools, and platforms, constantly exploring fresh ideas and approaches to enhance paid media strategy to keep it dynamic and relevant.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 2-3 years in performance marketing and/or e-commerce business. (Agency experience is a bonus).
Proven experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, community management, and content creation.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience in developing and executing email marketing and paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in social media and email marketing management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.- Creativity to develop innovative and engaging content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey brand messaging effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to keep up with social media trends and best practices while remaining consistent with brand values.
Analytical and data-driven approach to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.- Positive attitude to handle criticism constructively and connect with the audience in a lighthearted way while staying professional
