Responsibilities
- Digital Learning Management: Lead and manage digital learning projects, providing expert consulting and ensuring effective implementation and delivery. You will also be working to define learning needs with stakeholders, designing and developing multi format engaging learning.
- Technical Support: Oversee and provide technical support for digital learning tools, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to drive Digital Learning initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Data and Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, providing insights for project and operational improvements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve tools and business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Global Operations Support: Assist with Global business operations and administrative tasks related to digital learning.
- Leadership Support: Aid in operational excellence and Process improvements for Digital learning.
- Additional tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks, including community events and other responsibilities as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in digital learning or related fields, with a strong background in learning and capability development.
- Digital Solutions Expertise: Experience with digital learning solutions, including managing and optimising digital tools and technologies.
- Global Team Collaboration: Eagerness to contribute in a global team-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid and Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, global team with comfort in remote engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
- Proactiveness: Proactiveness in driving digital learning initiatives and improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure that digital learning solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.

- Education: University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken & written). Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
