Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement and performance strategies
- Design and map target customer journeys aligned with business strategy
Analyze touchpoints to drive customer activation and productivity- Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data and make strategic recommendations
Maximize CRM platform capabilities with the digital team
- Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies
Optimize company websites for user experience and conversion rates- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns
- Manage and allocate the annual digital marketing budget effectively
Provide data analysis and regular reports on campaign performance and ROI- Support internal sales and marketing teams as needed
BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing/CRM, with at least 5 years in a similar role
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing and/or CRM Manager in a multinational company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM concepts, with a focus on eCommerce strategies
Expertise in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, and data analysis- Experience with eCommerce platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical, project management, and planning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to create engaging content and email campaignsNote: This role is only open to Malaysians
