Job Summary
As a person in charge of the content strategy by using all forms of media such as photos, videos, writing etc based on the requirements of the company and the target audience demand.
Responsibilities
- In charge of content strategy & planning of content calendar on social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc). To create creative and engaging content for social media, including posts, photos, and videos to promote the companys products and services.
- Responsible for conceptualizing content development, creative strategies, and sourcing suitable materials for continuous content growth.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. To optimize content for social media algorithms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and news by regularly watching videos on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Advertising or any equivalent.
- Possess skills in content creation tools and platforms, including Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong writing skills with social media expertise.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
