We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Content and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital content and social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a creative mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital marketing.
- Digital Content Management:
Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience needs.- Create, edit, and manage high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
Collaborate with other Departments to ensure content is informative, engaging, and consistent with brand voice and style.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Develop and implement social media calendar and strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all digital channels.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital content and social media strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on web traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure content and social media strategies support overall business goals.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on content and social media initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our digital content and social media efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with content creation software eg Canva and CapCut.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
