Responsible of assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Responsible to set up, optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales targets
Manage daily e-commerce operations (order processing/product listing / Stock Inventory)- To complete and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery
Support online customer enquires promptly (pre-Sales, after-sales)
- Organize and drive sales promotion and related activities for all online marketplace based on annual sales plan
Work closely with the product marketing team to improve stores traffic and increase conversion rate.- Actively liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, such as warehouse, logistic, customer care department, courier company, and online marketplace team
Assist superior in all ad-hoc assignments to optimize store sales/operation / traffic.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in Commerce, Multimedia/ Digital Marketing/ Business Admin, Marketing or any related course
Minimum 2 years working experience in related field (ecommerce)- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and design apps/software
Familiar with ecommerce back-end system such as Lazada / Shopee / Webshop will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in fast paced and digital innovative environment
Customer service oriented and team player- Able to use canva, photoshop, filmora or any editing tools.
