Job Descriptions:- Actively conduct and provide training to distributors and clients nationwide via various approaches eg: onsite, classroom, online portals and etc.
Provide nutritional consultation and handle related product enquiries (include local and oversea).- Promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters, Facebook, and so on.
Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer enquiries.
- Oversee the health presentation material, providing evidenced based research data support in order to meet the nutritional needs of customer.
Provide nutritional consultation (public health) and support customer service on product inquiry.- Assist in development of Nutrition and Nutrigenomic Wellness Programs, product articles, brochures, web content and other relevant product information.
Able to read and analyse the food labels and nutritional fact. Possess knowledge of various dietary supplements and nutritional products, advising clients on appropriate choices.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Dietitian / Nutrition, Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent with excellent Nutrition Consultation Skills
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year working experience is required in this field
Preferably with Direct Selling, Network Marketing / MLM, or agency sales, candidate with experiences in the food supplement, nutritional products or wellness industry will be added advantage- Fluent in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written)
Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience
Good body language and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of confidence and clear point of view with logical mindset- Computer literate and expert skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Candidate must be willing to travelling locally or oversea if required
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Able to commence in short period
