DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide diabetes counseling to diabetic patients (Inpatient, Outpatient and referrals).
Plan, organize, coordinate and manage health classes and activities inside and outside hospital premises e.g. World Diabetes Day.- Give health talks to create awareness on Diabetes Mellitus.
Follow up care of Diabetic patients.
- Involve in Health Screening Services inside and outside hospital premises. Analyze health screening data and generate report where necessary.
Work together with relevant departments to produce preventive health education brochures, flyers, posters, banners and others for in-house, corporate and public.- Assist in organizing and coordinating Health Promotion, Lifestyle Intervention and Workplace Wellness activities.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS
At Least Diploma in Nursing.Post Basic in Diabetic related.
Preferably 3 years working experience with Diabetes patients.
- Able to commute to KL Sentral.
Have valid APC and registered under LJM.
