DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability, and supporting the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process.

Responsibilities:

. Monitor servers remotely to ensure smoothly operation on daily basis

. Perform root cause analysis for production errors

. Provide technical support to business teams and customer personnel

. Fix or escalate issues when problem occurs to minimize downtime

.Troubleshoottest and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong

optimization and functionality

. Provide first line of support for network related issues

. Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure

. Deploy updates and fixes

. Manage domains and IP addresses

. Automate the maintenance of cloud-based servers

. Develop scripts to automate visualization

. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

. Perform other ad-hoc duties in response to customer emergency inquiry

Requirements:

. Diploma or certificate in IT/Computer Science

. Familiarity with Server OS: Linux (Console), Windows Server

. Knowledge of Basic Networking, SSH, SMTP, Apache, Proxy, Load Balancer, Firewall, SFTP

. Knowledge of AWS hosting stack (S3, EC2, LB, lambda function, RDS, etc)

. Basic skills of Git command / usage

. Basic skills of setting up DNS, RDNS, Mail Server
