Job Responsibilities
Report to Project Development Manager and responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions (filling, letter writing, inter department works) for the Development department.
Assisting in feasibility and case study, sketching and plan drawing. daily filling, writing letter to authority.
Coordination & liaison with in house department, consultant, banker, lawyer and authority.
Assisting preparing and submitting applications for planning permission to relevant authorities.
Liaising & follow-up with consultants and all relevant authorities.
Visiting property sites in order to keep track of developments.
Preparing and submitting necessary report required by relevant authorities and ensure dateline are met.
Responsible for all property development (example: APDL, HDA Accounts & etc) application/termination from relevant authorities.
Application developer lesson and sales permit
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any related qualification and with min 2 years working experience.
Experience in housing development industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in relevant authority and statutory requirement pertaining to property development will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good personality and communication skills.
Understand of building plan and related drawing.
Simple plan drawing in Autocad and 3D software.
Computer literate, good in Ms Excel, Ms Word and power point.
