Job Description

Primary Details
Time Type: Full time

Worker Type: Employee

Responsible for all-round office administration duties, including: cleaning of the office, serving tea to guests, mailing service, delivery of document externally, and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Company Secretary :


Deliver Board Paper to directors office / house (6 times per year)
Ad hoc documents for director signatures

Finance Dept:


Apply & Collect Bankdraft / FD (Twice a week)
Payment to Custom (Once a Month)
Payment to Income Tax (Once a month)
Collect Mails from Bank Negara (infrequently, not often)

IT Dept:


Apply & Renew IVest Card from Cyber Jaya. Expiry card 2 years

Admin Dept:


Frank Mails for postage (everyday)
Arrangement of tables and chairs during events within organization.
Office Maintenance (replace fused light) amongst others
