Role: Desktop Support-Mandarin Speaking- Loaction- Cyberjaya Malaysia
Job Shift Hours: Normal Business Hours
Manage and direct team provide better support- Provides technical service-related support for the company
Ensure team complete all jobs on time within SLA
- Support team troubleshoot IT technical issues until resolved or escalate to regional team
Consult user for any technical user requirement- Manage IT asset in/out and properly record
Creating and updating technical documentation as required
- Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
Interface with various vendors to resolve end-user or company issues- Provide IT technical training for new joiner
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some requirement that is a must:
Office 365 Support- Minimum 2 years
- Able to support Apps like OneDrive & Sharepoint Sync
Shift Work 1pm/9pm & 3pm/12am to cover UK, Lux & US- iOS & iPad OS Support Experience but not mandatory
Home Internet should be on Broadband not 4G as at times we need to Support during Public Holiday & Home Internet is very crucial for remote to user laptop from home
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in Azure Virtual Desktop- Experience in supporting Windows 10
Experience working in financial/banking sector
- Experience in supporting Bloomberg and trading applications (Good to have)
Basic knowledge in SCCM & Powershell- Knowledge in dealers applications
