Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Design & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both design and marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop compelling content, execute marketing campaigns, and create engaging visual designs that align with our brand.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate on content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.- Implement SEO best practices to boost website visibility and traffic.
Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, analyzing engagement for continuous improvement.
- Design visual content such as infographics and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
Track and report on content and campaign performance, using data to refine strategies.- Ensure all content and designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and style.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing efforts, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effect.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Allowance: RM800
