MAIN SPECIFICATION :- At least a Bachelor's in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline.
LAM / PAM registered are an advantage.- Have a working knowledge of techniques, products, and materials used in commercial environments, including high-end commercial environments.
At least 10 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
- At least 3 years of Managerial position.
To know the project scope of work, to study all drawings, Bill of Quantities, and specifications.
- Project planning- site organisation, site requirement, and work schedule to ensure the project runs smoothly according to plan.
To liaise with the client, the main contractor, SO, designers, architect, engineer, etc.- Prepare weekly project reports.
To conduct sub-contractor/site team meetings.
- To manage and monitor all site teams.
To monitor sub-contractor progress off-site and on-site.- To attend all site meetings.
To ensure quality performance of projects within guidelines, specifications, and compliance with the authorization requirement.
- Responsible for monitoring project timeframe to complete on time.
Able to start immediately.
