About The Job
- Lead the design and development of retail store concepts, ensuring they reflect the brand's identity and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to integrate brand strategies into store designs.
- Select and manage external design firms, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure consistency with brand standards and project requirements.
- Ensure that all design elements align with the brand's aesthetic and functional guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in retail design.
- Incorporate new design trends and technologies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail store design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail design and construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
