Work experience minimum 5years is essential within the commercial construction industry / office fit-out work is a must.
Co-ordinate all design matters relating to a project, helping to ensure that building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget, working very closely with quantity surveyors, site supervisor, interior designers and other key members of the project team.
3D perspective drawing, detail drawing, site/project management, liase with contractors, site visit, selection of materials & meeting with clients.
