Job Overview
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our lead designer in crafting tailored lighting solutions for each project. Your role will encompass everything from project inception to final delivery, and you'll provide invaluable professional guidance to our clients.

- Responsible for handling the leads and customer inquiries, and converting potential clients to customers.
- Provide professional lighting and ambience advice to clients, and review the lighting plan to best fit their needs. (Training will be provided)
- To design lighting plans, furniture layout plans, etc.
- To be able to lead and present our lighting tour that helps clients to understand the impact of lighting. (Training will be provided)
- Manage customer experience by attending and building interpersonal relationships through lighting tours.
- Willing to learn, and take initiative on the project assigned from superior.
- Be responsible and professional.
- A go-getter, and problem solver mindset to proactively customize solution for each customer needs
Skill Required
- Proficient in English, speaking and writing.
- Persistent in following up and through to completion.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Project Management Skill and Time management.
- Adaptable & highly flexible with changes.
