About the Job
As a Content and Design Executive, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand's presence across various social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to develop social media strategies, create engaging content, manage paid advertising, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content Supervisor to develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
- Ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Maximize the efficiency of advertising budgets while ensuring campaigns meet their goals.
- Create engaging, relevant, and platform-tailored content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure content promotes brand awareness, drives engagement, and aligns with the specific requirements of each platform.
- Monitor social media accounts to track engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Assist in efforts with third-party influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Assist in broader marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and PR campaigns, to ensure a cohesive and effective brand strategy across all digital marketing channels.
- Design high-quality visual materials (graphics, videos, etc.) for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a social media content or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and campaign management.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content across different media formats.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform and refine content strategy.
- Strong creativity, keen attention to detail, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Skills in video and photo editing are preferred; i.e Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other related software.
