Job Description- Lead, mentor and support the nursing team in the Radiology department.
Ensure effective coordination of patient care and support services.- Supervise daily operations, including overseeing patient flow, staffing, budget preparation and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote and monitor safety measures to ensure patient and staff well-being.
- Address and resolve any issues related to patient care and department efficiency.
Collaborate with Radiologists and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.- Encourage professional growth through training and mentoring.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and patient satisfaction.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experiences.- Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures.
Adhere to licensing, regulatory and accreditation requirements to upload hospital standards.
Must have Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Minimum 8 years of experience in nursing field with at least 2 years in supervisory role within tertiary healthcare facility.- Familiar with radiology nursing compliance processes and regulations.
Proficient in HIS and PACS system.
