IFRS17 working day timetable Acceleration:
Review and optimize the reporting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Strengthen data validation and control to prevent process reruns.
Collaborate with regional team to accelerate the working day timetable, including modeling Shariah accounting requirements within the SAS system etc.
Automation of data reconciliation, adjustments, and journal bookings to minimize manual works.
BNM Insurance and Takaful System Redevelopment (ITSR):
Lead the design and implementation of a solution to produce monthly reports (non-quarter months) for BNM ITSR using a projection approach.
Refine allocation methodologies to align with BNM fund reporting requirements.
Technical support for various IFRS17-related tasks:
IFRS17 financial impact assessment for annual assumption review, expense study, strategic asset allocation etc.
