Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To assist, lead and guide the individual construction project team in project: building new construction, renovation and uprading works.
To monitor work for compliance with time, quality, cost, safety, compliance and overal performance in construction project.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance and needs of stakeholder, consultant and contractor.
To manage pre-construction and post-construction stages in the implemnataion of projects.
  • DUTIES
Provide critical input/feedback in term of practically of the design, timeline and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate between stakeholder, consultant and main contractor to develop the specification, requirement and cost-efficient design.
Review project plan to determine specification, time frame, cost limitations and procedures for accomplishment of project.
  • To assist, guide, lead and coordinate various resources (internal & external) to deliver the project.
To assist, guide and coordinate activities of project team including local authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure project progress based on specification, schedule and within prescribed budget and in accordance with the project quality plan standard.
  • To assist, guide, lead and coordinate project activities with relevant government agencies and authority until CF or CCC obtained.
Monitor & manage team's performance to achieve objective / key performance index.
  • Develop team by reviewing overall functional plan and collaborate with human resources department for implementation.
Certify consultant and contractor claim certificate.
  • To assist, guide, lead and coordinate of project development implementation including feasibility planning, study, design management and construction management.
To assist, guide, lead and coordinate full aspects of engineering and technical requirements.
  • To assist, guide, lead and coordinate of tendering exercises, including calling of tender, review of tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiation, finalization and recommendation for awards of contracts.
To attend progress coordination meeting stakeholder/contractor/consultant/vendor.
  • To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.
Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,
  • 00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Operation or Project Management: 5 years (Required)
