We are currently seeking
Depot Associates to handle the administrative reporting and tasks in
Express/Logistic company.Location : Sandakan
Registration, documentation and any related issues with agent and staff Attendance, Creation of ID, issuance of uniform and anything related to new hire and agent
- Depot licencing, contract renewal, pest control maintenance, cleanliness and depot assets recording
Bill or any related payment issues- Track and tracing shipment PIC for depot and agents
COD Management Report
- Lost and Damage Cases Management and Courier Deduction submission Monitor Agent and staff performance
RTM POD return & PPOD management- Vehicle checklist and maintenance schedule such as shell card and t&g Consumable items management and inventory
Depot and Agent performance report
- Maintaining Masterlist of all couriers and agents
Any other administrative task which will be assign accordingly
_Desired Skills / Qualifications
_- 2 3 years admin experience, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
Good knowledge of courier / express shipment management and delivery process flow
- Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
