Deployment Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in the job market context of SEA and possess a strong technical background in software deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to ensure the smooth deployment of software products for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deploy software products to clients production environments
• Collaborate with development team to ensure product readiness for deployment
• Identify and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Create and maintain deployment documentation
• Develop and implement deployment automation tools and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment practices
• Manage and prioritize multiple deployment projects simultaneously

. Job Profiles

Experience: Minimum 5years experience in deploying and configuring modern workplace technologies, with a focus on hardware, software, end user device provisioning, user profile management, policy baseline and implementation, and networking.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of technologydeploymentprocesses, hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup. Familiarity with modern workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Intune, Windows Autopilot) is a plus.

DeploymentPlan Management: Experience in projectdeploymentplanning and management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support and training to end-users.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6-11 years of experience in software deployment
• Experience with deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Puppet
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
