Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist Doctors during treatment
  • Ensure the care and welfare of all patients including monitoring patients during treatments and offering about support needed
  • Schedule appointments and attend to patient inquiries / follow up
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic
  • To handle all customer inquiries related to dental treatments and pricing coming calls, register patients and book appointments

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent fields
  • Fresh graduate / candidate that no experience are welcomed to apply
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good interpersonal skills and communicating skill
  • Pleasing personality
  • Committed and willing to learn
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to work on weekends and at night (shift basis)
  • Patient Care, Chairside Assisting, Dental Equipment Maintenance & Sterilization techniques
