Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
  • Produces production prep items.
Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
  • Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items.
  • Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Chef to ensure optimum services.


  • Requirements
Has Hotel experience is the added advantage.
  • Possess strong skill sets related to hygiene policies to ensure all food preparation is done in a safe manner.
Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Has a pleasant and outgoing personality
Have extensive knowledge of food, kitchen equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,
  • 00 per month
