Duties and Responsibilities- Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
- Produces production prep items.
Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Chef to ensure optimum services.
Has Hotel
experience is the added advantage.- Possess strong skill sets related to hygiene policies to ensure all food preparation is done in a safe manner.
Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Has a pleasant and outgoing personality
Have extensive knowledge of food, kitchen equipment
