DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ability to prepare different foods required in the different Sections under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Chef on duty.
Sound knowledge on creating new menu and dishes where applicable with Chef de Partie or Chef on Duty.- Flexible and willing to assist outlet kitchen at busy times to deliver food service promptly.
Report any maintenance issues to Chef on duty promptly to avoid interruption of kitchen operation.
- Monitor stock movements and responsible for ordering of fresh ingredients and raw materials to minimise kitchen wastage and spoilage.
* Ensure food regulations adhered to including food hygiene policies.
