Culinary Expertise: Assist senior chefs with various culinary tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Recipe Execution: Follow established recipes and instructions to prepare dishes consistently and according to quality standards.
Station Support:
Assist with specific stations within the kitchen as needed, helping with tasks like chopping vegetables, grilling meats, or prepping desserts.Cleanliness & Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.Inventory & Ordering: Assist with inventory management and participate in ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Learning & Development: Actively learn from experienced chefs, expand your culinary knowledge, and refine your skills.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment (or strong culinary training program).- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Passion for food and a commitment to creating delicious dishes.
