- Must follow all the policies and food safety rules in the kitchen to ensure quality product.
Preparing the ingredients for senior chef- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Responsible for food labeling and stock rotation (FIFO), inform senior chef when par stock is low.
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Ensure to adhere to health and food safety standards.- Help to troubleshoot and solve any kitchen issues that may arise and highlight to Sous Chef
- a) Nationality: Malaysian. Must be 45 years and below.
- b) Education: Candidates must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably non-executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
