• JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the inventory allocation for new outlet and refurbished outlet opening through executing inventory transfer from warehouse and other outlets. The Allocation analyst will fulfil the inventory requirement prepared by the Visual Merchandising team by collaborating with the Purchasing team to collate available inventory list for transfer.

• 2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2.1 Plan and analyse the inventory requirement through the forecasting model to identify the inventory surpluses/shortages by product level in each store and execute transfer order between outlets and between warehouse to outlet.

• 2.2 Monitor and analyse the inventory level by outlet against the outlets stock lock to ensure the outlet has sufficient inventory by fulfilling the gap.

• 2.3 Responsible for the designated product subcategories inventory monitoring and stabilise the inventory level nationwide by planning and executing inventory movement with the team.

• 2.4 Monitor and execute transfer of inventory that are beyond the assigned inventory ageing level for each outlet.

• 2.5 Attend to matters related to transfer orders within the group of outlets assigned.

• 2.6 Analyse and ensure the inventory allocated fulfil the size profiles by product category for the replenishment.

• 2.7 Develop report to monitor the designated product subcategories sales through and forecast the future demand by outlet to ensure sufficient inventory.

• 2.8 Perform other duties assigned by supervisor pertaining to the departments tasks and objectives.

• 6.1 Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (familiar with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP formula)

• 6.2 Eye for detail and keenness to improve

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
