Job description- Responsible for handling the enquiries between internal and external.
Responsible for handling the primary point of contact between direct sales and the company to ensure any issues/concerns are resolved promptly.- Manage the daily operations of the store, providing advice and support to the Store Manager in all areas of the business, including performance issues, packaging issues, cost control, system processes and business practices.
Monitor direct sales data at all times, track and update parcel data
- Ensure that all store associates receive adequate training and are able to provide a good service experience in accordance with company policies.
Working experience in general office administration support is prefered
- Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office applications
Minimum qualifications: SPM or higher, with relevant industry experience- Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team
- Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions- Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers
Own transportation required
