We are currently recruiting Data Scientists for our client, a top multi-national company, where you will be able to work on exciting projects!
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities, and formulate data-driven solutions.
-Extract, preprocess, and analyze large and diverse datasets using statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methods.
-Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.
-Apply advanced statistical methods to analyze data, perform hypothesis testing, and derive meaningful conclusions.
-Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions and drive optimization efforts.
-Visualize and present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, enabling informed decision-making.
-Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analysis and modeling purposes.
-Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and contribute to the enhancement of our data-driven capabilities.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts or data scientists, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
-Bachelor Degree/ Master in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong research background in machine learning is preferred.
-Proven experience as a Data Scientist, utilizing statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques to solve complex problems.
-Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and modeling libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
-Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
-Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
-Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
