Responsibilities
- You will be driving business results through development and execution of world class analytics to meet evolving business needs
- You will conduct analysis using relevant data sources and launch data driven program to maximize profitability, drive customer loyalty and optimize campaign strategies.
- You will recommend, design and monitor predictive models to fulfil business objectives and provide innovative solution to analytics needs.
- You will engage with other departments for project scoping, insights delivery and experimental design testing. Partner with relevant stakeholders to seek deployment solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data science or business analytics
- At least 2 -3 years of experience in quantitative analytics or in predictive modeling
- Proven technical skills in machine learning techniques, data scrapping, fraud claims analytics or web analytics is a plus
- Having prior experience from an Insurance or Takaful industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in a programming language (Python, R or SAS)
