Position overview
We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual to be a part of our Data Management team as a Data Management Process & Systems Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization's data assets. You will also contribute to testing system improvements and provide technical support to resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless data operations across the organization.

Responsibilities
Accurately collect and enter data into the ERP system.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits by identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
Implement data backup and recovery procedures.
Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports.
Ensure data security and privacy by monitoring and managing data access permissions.
Cooperate with various business units to understand data needs.
Document data management policies and procedures and identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in data management projects and contribute to global initiatives.
Provide technical support for data management tools and resolve data-related issues.
Required skills and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data Management
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in SAP is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
