Enter and update data in our system accurately, gather information from different sources (Google)
- Verify and cross-check information by comparing it to source documents
Research and develop a knowledge base of market research and a contact database- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
Efficiently manage and organise records and files while preparing relevant daily reports
- Provide general data entry support across various teams on an ad-hoc basic
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
- Fast typing skills: Knowledge of the touch-typing system is strongly preferred
Basic market research skills (LinkedIn) and good understanding of databases- Familiarity with CRM + word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc) is a must
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, and good analytical skills
- Candidates who have experience in B2B Database Platform will be an added advantage
