Data Entry Specialist (Compliance-related)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily short selling declarations accurately and promptly to comply with regulatory requirements in the Hong Kong Stockbroking Market
- Conduct thorough customer name screenings in alignment with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Enter data accurately across various functions, including but not limited to: Name Screening System, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Risk Assessment (CRA), Hong Kong Stock Short Selling Declaration & Short Selling Address
- Professionally and promptly respond to daily customer inquiry emails, providing accurate and helpful information to maintain excellent customer relations
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data entries related to stock short selling declarations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry & data support, preferably within the stockbroking or financial services sector
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
