Job Description

  • Accurately input and update customer information, transactions, and account details into banking systems.
  • Ensure timely processing of data entries related to deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data records.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports related to banking operations and customer accounts.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed and facilitate communication between teams.

Good to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data validation, or administrative roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and banking software or data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Type: 1 year contract (renewable and extendable)

Location: TRX/Klang/Chulan Tower

Working time: 8.45am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Overtime may be required during peak periods or to meet project deadlines.
