1) To verify accuracy of data and update all hard copy records and reports.
2) Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
3) Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
4) To assist any administration work required by superior.
5) Compiling any customer complaints and request about the services offered.
6) To ensure adherence to Companys Integrated management System.
7) To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Companys mission and key corporate values.
