Job Responsibilities:- Declaration on new RFS areas
To upload the RSP portal with the new RFS area
- To send email notification to dealers on new RFS area
- 2. Monthly Commission Payment
To download the report from portal and verify prior for submission to Finance team
- To prepare the verified commission report for CM and HOD acknowledgement
To monitor all the commission payment is done within our SLA and to follow up with Finance team when delay occurs.- To update dealers upon payment notification when successful payment done
- 3. Free Wifi Letter/Roadshow Authorization Letter Issuance
To issue letter upon approval from CBDO and follow up with the BM upon submission of completed document- To submit into portal for processing
To get SD confirmation on job completion
- To update the free wifi tracker on all submission with start and end date
To prepare as and when required for the Account Manager when doing roadshows
To keep track all the marketing peripherals given to dealer- To assist CM to liaise with Marketing for new stock request
To assist CM to distribute on marketing peripherals to dealers
Assist to monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Assist to gather and prepare necessary documents for tender submissions.
Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM), Diploma or professional certificates in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
