Job Description:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.- Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.- Respond to internal and external data inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
